La experiencia con envia es increíble
Tuvimos varias incidencias con la empresa de paquetería pero todo ajeno a Envia, su panel, integración y resolución de problemas es brutal!, Claudia la chica que nos asignaron es muy resolutiva y contesta rapidísimo a cualquier duda, la verdad estamos encantados con el servicio.

Great experience, simple integration
The integration is easy, and once it’s set up, it takes care of everything for you. The shipping info, labels, and carrier are all ready to go, so all I have to do is pack my order and print the label. The price calculator for the client can be better to add more conditions but overall It saves me a ton of time and makes the whole shipping process so much smoother.

Empecé a desarrollar mi pagina en Wix, e descubri la integración con Envia.com. Después de algunas configuraciones, e con el soporte del equipo de Envia.com, pude empezar a cotizar de forma automatica los costos de envío, e también el seguimiento con las transportadoras. La plataforma tiene muchos recursos y trae una grande visibilidad sobre todo el proceso de cotización, envio y rastreo. Definitivamente, la recomiendo.

En nuestro caso en vez de la aplicación usamos directamente la web de ellos que se enlaza con la web de manera fácil. Es fácil, intuitivo y siempre hay alguien de atención al cliente para ayudar. Nosotros les ponemos un 10

The customer service is great!

Excellent Customer Service!
So far, so good! Kevin and Alex have been extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through my company's shipping challenges. They're always available to help. I've tried other shipping solution companies to no avail. Hopefully, this will be a longtime solution!
