About this App
Provide outstanding support to your customers without being left out of the conversation. AI creates the opportunity for you to support your customers 24/7 and scale your business – but there are times when your customers will need to communicate with you directly. Any time a visitor requests to speak to a customer service representative, your Agent will send you a message to let you know. Your dashboard will show past conversations for you to review, and where visitors have provided their details, they will be captured as Contacts as well. Once installed, your AI Agent will scan your website, along with any additional documentation you provide, so it that knows your business and can answer common questions your customers might have. You can configure your Agent to meet your needs, selecting colors to integrate with your site design, and configuring the greeting the Agent will use. Once your Agent is ready, you can interact with directly from your dashboard, or use Test Mode to experience chat on your site prior to launch, giving you peace of mind that your customers will be in good hands.

AI Service Agent is incredible.
Just started using AI Service Agent. Setting it up was fairly straight forward and when I needed support, it was incredible. Martin really seemed to care about how we wanted to use the agent and listened to any concerns we had. Along the way, he even made improvements based on issued we raised, thus making the product even better. We would recommend trying their 7-Day Trial to see if it right for you. So little work required to add an AI Chat to any site.
