Ok if it works
Works fine in test mode, worked for a while on the site, but then stops. Still works in test mode but when anything is typed on the live site all you see is what you wrote. Deleted, glad I didn't pay for it!

Thanks for your feedback! We checked your site, and everything looks good, the reason the chat isn’t responding on your live site is that your free trial quota has ended. The free plan includes 50 total conversations. To continue using the AI Site Chat, you can upgrade to one of our premium plans. You’ll then unlock more conversations and features to keep helping your visitors in real time.

doesn't show up on website
Update: I had to remove the Wix Chat which I knew, but was having a hard time doing that. Once it was deleted, I deleted the Ai Chat and re-added it to my site. It is on the site now, so I'll provide an updated review in a month or so after I've seen how it's working. First Review: I paid for a more premium package and it says it's uploaded on my website but nothing shows up. My patients don't see it. I don't see it. I don't see the conversations. There's no way to add it in the website editor. It's not working at all.

Thanks for the update, we're glad to hear the AI Site Chat is now visible on your website! Just a tip for anyone reading this: if you're using both the classic Wix Chat and the new AI Site Chat, make sure the widgets don’t overlap. You can set one to appear on the left and the other on the right. To do that, go into the Editor → click the widget → go to Settings → Layout, and choose the side you want it to appear on. Haklısınız, önceki ücretsiz plan yalnızca 5 konuşma içeriyordu. 19 Mart itibarıyla uygulamayı yeni yükleyen kullanıcılar için bu limit artırıldı ve artık çok daha fazla konuşma ücretsiz olarak kullanılabiliyor. Şu anda siz bu yeni modele geçiş yapamıyor olabilirsiniz. Ancak basit bir çözüm var: Uygulamayı kaldırıp tekrar yüklediğinizde, yeni ücretsiz modele geçiş yapabilir ve daha fazla konuşma hakkı elde edebilirsiniz. Yardımcı olmamızı isterseniz, her zaman buradayız!

Almost 4 Star
This is a good initiative with clear potential. I won't personally say it's rushed knowing the AI in itself is an evolving space and products go through several iterations even while live. I can already envision where this is going and would have given it a four star while I wait. However, I just wonder if it would have made more sense to incorporate it with the existing Wix Chat feature. I already use that and while I have added the AI chat to try it out for a few weeks, I definitely cannot have both on my site so as not to create confusion for site visitors. There are features I currently like on both.

We’re really glad to hear that you see the potential in the AI Chat — and we completely agree with your point about the experience being split between the AI Chat and the existing Wix Chat. You’re absolutely right: ideally, these shouldn’t be two separate apps on your site. We’re actively working on better integration so that both live chat and AI chat can coexist as one unified experience — without causing confusion for your visitors. updated review (September)
it seems to be doing a lot better now, bugs are majorly reduced and i didnt get my entire 5 limit quota stolen from one conversation (it has now increased to 50 convos for free version on the quota). however, there's multilingual issues. it doesnt seem possible to translate. i talked with AI and support but their solutions havent worked so far. it seems a bit odd that there's no option to offer translations for other sites. for example, you can set the design on your main language, but the moment you swap, wix ai disappears and the options wont save over, including the welcome message you put, it will stay on the original language you set it up as so there's no way to translate it)
