Once installed, difficult to uninstal

Hi, thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the uninstallation process was frustrating. We’d like to clarify that this flow is actually a standard Wix system requirement, not something we designed. Since our app adds a visual element to your site, Wix requires uninstallation through the Editor to ensure all code is cleanly removed from your live pages. To fully remove the app, please follow these steps: In your Dashboard, go to Apps > Manage Apps and select Delete. This will open the Wix Editor. In the Editor's App Manager, find our app and click Delete again. Important: Click Publish at the top right of the Editor to update your live site. Completely broken and unusable
Dashboard doesn't load (spins and spins). Products don't load when trying to create an offer. Offer doesn't save (spins and spins) when you just try to select it for all products. Completely unusable. Have submitted two requests and haven't heard anything back. No support, no working product. Have a paid account and it says I don't have a paid account even though I'm looking at it in my subscriptions. Basically a scam at this point.

App Doesn’t Work – Terrible Support if i could i would give 0 star
I paid £10 for this app, and it still doesn’t work. Customers can’t add products to the cart — it stays empty. I reported the issue almost two weeks ago and was told it would be fixed in a few days. I followed every step: updated the app, published the site again, and even added their staff to my Wix account. Despite that, nothing was fixed, and I’ve received no real support since. Communication has been slow, and I’ve had to chase for updates. I was promised a follow-up and a coupon code — neither came. The app is broken, and the support is even worse. As a paying customer, this has been a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend this service at all. It’s unprofessional, unreliable, and has caused issues for my business. Another app slapped together that doesnt work.
First installed app and it tells me my trial has already finished?!!! So i have to buy the app right away. Go to setup first volume discount - Save button doesn't work so i cant get the app to work at all. Try and get support using the "live support" - oh sorry there's no one there. Really Wix needs to start doing more homework before allowing these crappy app developers to advertise. NOT HAPPY
