    Very good support and onboarding

    We tried Sparklayer out, but the integrations to Wix did not meet our needs. Its not very intuitive to use, they do have a good support document system, but need up being to time consuming managing it. And it's quite expensive. They do however have an excellent team for onboarding and support.

    sparklayer is garbage, don't waste your time if using Wix

    Overtly complex, non-intuitive UI, ai frustrating and to get anything solved need a human agent. Staff if friendly and tries to be helpful, but clearly this software should not be out of Beta.

    SparkLayer has been fantastic. The customer service is excellent, fast, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The platform itself works beautifully, making B2B pricing and customer group management simple and reliable. Highly recommend SparkLayer to any business looking to upgrade their wholesale ordering experience.

    Very good support - easy to use

    Even if it took a bit more time than expected to have it installed, we are overall happy with the result. Integration with Wix has worked well for setting up our B2B. Extremely helpful people during process of setting up!
