SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale Very good support and onboarding
We tried Sparklayer out, but the integrations to Wix did not meet our needs. Its not very intuitive to use, they do have a good support document system, but need up being to time consuming managing it. And it's quite expensive. They do however have an excellent team for onboarding and support.

Overtly complex, non-intuitive UI, ai frustrating and to get anything solved need a human agent. Staff if friendly and tries to be helpful, but clearly this software should not be out of Beta.

The platform itself works beautifully, making B2B pricing and customer group management simple and reliable. Highly recommend SparkLayer to any business looking to upgrade their wholesale ordering experience.
