    Does not work as described. You have been warned

    This app loads onto your page but it will not take the customer to a chat with you. Instead it just loads facebook messenger on the main page and customer has no idea how to connect with you. completely useless and shame on wix for allowing this on their platform. You will not get a refund and are wasting your money!

    No se puede eliminar

    He instalado la app por 2 días para probar su funcionamiento, puesto que quería que solo se muestre en dispositivos móviles y no en computadoras, lastimosamente no cuenta con esta opción, así que he procedido a eliminarla; no obstante, sigue siendo visible tanto en dispositivos móviles y computadoras pese a ya no estar instalada y ahora no se como hacer puesto que no tengo conocimiento en programación y ya no la necesito.

    no puedo ver la app en mi sitio

    Does not work when you have multiple sites, and stops working completely

    I tried Elfsight for the Wix page I made, and initially it worked fine. Then I made two more Wix websites (with different domains), and immediately purchased two more Elfsight subscriptions. After setting everything up, the Facebook chat icon stopped appearing in my first website. I tried fiddling around with settings, and re-publishing the page from the site editor, but nothing. Then I found that the widgets were also missing in the other pages, and now nothing works. The support pages don't have any information about this issue, nor is there anything that says it won't work for multiple sites. I haven't found anything on the Wix dashboard that helps, either. It's been four days since I emailed support, and aside from an auto-reply, I've gotten no response. Tried their website's help chat, but it just says to email them. Really, really disappointed with this.

    It's nothing more than a link

    Clicking on this just redirects you to facbook messenger. It does not actually work in the window on your website. You may as well just put a button to redirect them to facebook.

Yes, this widget does act as a bridge of sorts that connects your website with Facebook in a quick way, without additional coding.     Working also good on mobile view

    Thanks for building it for Mobile version of website. Facebook chat works great on mobile. Is there gonna drop in any speed by installing this app? Keep this app updated so that we are able to use it for long term without any problems. Thanks
