What a waste of my time. a one time purchase of $10 sure i'm in. a subscription to ONLY this app, this is a piece of s@#$. It's not even in the description of this app warning you that it's a subscription.

Horrible Experience
Currently enrolled in the premium plan through wix, used this feature to make my website more attractive a week later, it's disabled saying i need to upgrade my plan??? I already have business premium. If the option wasn't available to said subscribers, it should have never been made an option of use. Wix already adjusted their prices to a ridiculous amount and now they want more, for what? This company is going to start losing a lot of customers soon at this rate. Horrible experience, Horrible partnership, HORRIBLE Practices. Just Horrible overall. I'd give no starts if i could.

Terrible. Says free and then it disappears and says you need to pay. You won't even be able to access your information you input. Avoid this app.

Необоснованно дорого
Приложение необоснованно дорого стоит, по сути могли бы сделать приложение бесплатным и установить лимит на 4-5 отзывов, тем кто хочет больше 4-5 отзывов могли бы перейти на апгрейт. А так, Я просто потратил свое время, установив, настроив и ни разу не использовав за 7 дней ..... Смысла платить за данное приложение не вижу, без особой нужды, думаю многие со мной согласятся.

Doesn't work
The testimonials never appear. I've paid for something that did not fixed my problem - show other people what my clients have to say about me. Other than that, the lenght of the text will eventually "break" the page. Nothing works as it should and I do not recomend it.

Too expensive...
Spending a hour to make great reviews with this tool.. suddenly find out it's 5 euro's a month. I would understand it costs money, but this is way too much for just a nice reviewtool.

Saw the reviews, but figured it was doing what I needed. Spent hours adding data adn formatting, and then it disconnected and lost EVERYTHING. The support email is invalid. It would be great if it worked, but it doesn't .

Poor Formatting, and SCHEMA CODE Issue
The review font defaults to Times New Roman in Wix, and there was no existing support documentation for custom CSS. More importantly, they use incomplete Product schema code that Google Search Console sends back warnings about. Why not take a little extra time to allow organizations to have review markup, or edit themselves. Big red flags all over the place. Customer Support was quick to respond, but usually with a "our hands are tied" reply.

Keeps disappearing. On free trial too
Funny how wix app allows us to leave reviews. I swear they can easily make an app for reviews. Because the page is amazing. haha no errors writing terrible reviews for testimonials slider app

Guys please don't waste your time with this or the new version app. I have had hell for nearly 3 weeks. The customer service is diabolical. After the first few days of upgrading the widget disappeared, rather embarrassing. I contacted elfsight and since then I have received relentless empty promises. Poor service, faulty system the list goes on. Not impressed.

not until after it is installed do I see that I have a certain number of days to pay for the item or else it stops working.

Didn't realise it's a trial
Because of this my testimonial sliders, which I'd setup across 10 different pages, all stopped working. To say I'm pissed off is an understatement as now I'll have to create this manually. Otherwise it's decent.
