This is innovative and getting there!
Kudos to the Certified Code Team for even offering this. They are the only ones offering a ChatGPT option for the Wix Chat. Is it flawless? No. Sometimes it disconnects, but by refreshing or adding the Wix chat widget again, it continues working. Is is worth it? In our experience ABSOLUTELY. It has saved us countless hours of time on the chat. The answers coming from ChatGPT itself are pretty good and weed out the general questions that users throw at us. This leaves us time to focus on the specific questions, which are our money makers. Overall summary: it can be better, once it reads the FAQ part of our website correctly, but we are a happy customer and will keep this app on our site!

I really want to like this but it's buggy and support is limited for my issues.
Sent a message to support as I can't activate app on my site and no reply back. Not great. I would hope that Wix vets companies before allowing them to be partners. It randomly starts working then off again... I'll continue to try to see if I can get it to work as there are no other options right now...

Great Innovation - US Web Solution-JOYYAH

Despite encountering disconnection issues and delays in responsiveness, I've noticed improvements in speed after the recent update. I acknowledge the team's hard work in addressing these issues and believe that achieving consistent functionality, coupled with seamless utilization of WIX FAQ, would elevate the app to an even more impressive level. I've given a 5-star rating as a positive encouragement for the team to continue addressing and fixing the minor bugs in the system.

Very good functionality but response time is slow
hi, the app is really good and i am able to get mostly accurate responses. I integrated the app with Wix Chat widget. The only issue is response time by AI is more than 20 seconds, and unfortunately visitors dont wait that long, people want like instant response. It would be great if some support is provided on how to speed up things. thank you.

I paid but when I want to test on my website I have this message which is displayed "switch to premium to use", I will ask for a refund.

It's an empty box where you can type messages are not responded to. Do not purchase. I want an immediate complete refund or I am going to file a formal complaint.

I have 2 questions, are they doing something to improve that it works better with the information on the website, such as blogs, in such a way that it incorporates updated news and other information that is not just FAQ, and the other concern I have is that I wanted to make the mobile app from wix, will the chat work with AI?

I like it for the most part but I would like the ability to give prompts. I would like to include a function that when customers ask for specific things like my courses and ebooks the AI will direct them to the correct webpage/link

Nach ein paar anfänglichen Stolperer versteht ChatGPT mittlerweile sehr viele Kundenfragen und bereitet die Information so gut auf, dass unsere Kunden rasch, freundlich und kompetent die Antworten erhalten, nach welchen sie suchen.
