Good app, disastrously complicated and unpredictable pricing.
So far so good. It does what it says, no errors or any other problems. Easy to set up. Great UI. -- I take my words back about the pricing. The pricing model is disastrous. It's so complicated it's almost impossible to explain and predict what you'll be charged. They seem to charge for all your store orders (even if not generated through ReConvert). This is nuts. Then you get charged based on total sales OR total number of orders (whatever is higher, God help) + some commission on top for each sale + tier charges (based on number of orders), or whatever. If you get 50 orders and $1000 revenue, or 200 orders and $1000 revenue - you can get hit with a bill worth go $50-150 - especially when the profit margin on the $1000 revenue could only be 20% at best. Also, Shopify pricing is much simpler and cheaper. Not sure why this Wix/Shopify differentiation. Get rid of this stupid/confusing pricing model. People are reluctant to use the app if no certainty. I uninstalled until pricing fixed.

You're right that we charge based on total store orders or revenue (whichever is higher) - it’s designed to be fair across stores with different business models. We understand it’s not a fit for everyone, but it allows us to offer full-feature access to all users without restricting functionality behind locked tiers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!!
This company is a complete scam! Their pricing system is an absolute joke, to give you some more insight... I woke up with $150.88 having left my bank account. I was very confused because I do not have a regular outgoing at this price. So, upon review it turned out that this company took this money from my bank for the few upsells I sold through their company. Now, you cannot speak with their company directly, only through their private messaging app. Of which you have a person who is talking in a passive aggressive, politically correct nonsensical language. I am beyond upset that I chose this company. Please, learn from my mistake and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm SO happy with this!
I started having mediocre success at first. I contacted Riya at support and discovered I had set it up wrong. She went through it and fixed my problems and literally within a couple of minutes it paid off! I will Definitely be keeping this for as long as it performs this well. One hour in and I've made almost triple my AOV! Grateful for the app and the expert help!

customer service is great. The app can do some improvement. Like upsell by category instead by items. Sample for my coffee shop, i sell many types of coffees, teas, and coffee cup. when customer choose any coffee, in the upsell, if they added any coffee cup in the cart, they will get a 10%, this way customers can choose the right coffee cup they like.

The app has great potential - Alex from support was great.
One thing that concerned me on the reviews is that each one has a support ticket tied to it, which made me think the product might be buggy. I think this is more due to the fact that when initially setting it up, some help might be needed. At the end of the configuration, you are asked to take this survey so it results in lots of "Alex in support was cool" type messages. The product looks good so far!

I see these reviews and i can only concluded that these are paid reviews... there´s no way someone think positively of this app.... they convinced me to use it for a 6 months trial and i did it for 4... They charge you for EVERY sale you have in your website... doesn't matter if your customers used the app or not... basically they are taking advantage of all your effort... you create a product, you create a website, you create a beautiful marketing so you can get lots of clients .... and these people think they can get a piece of your business by taking a commission for EVERY SALE YOU GET!!.... They will try to justify it by saying lies that only a stupid person would believe ... they taking advantage of honest people who are actually making an effort to create a business ... worst thing.. they are good at been scammers.... they actually create a platform that does the minimum so they can steal from you.... Stupid app, stupid way to charge for it.....

Seems to a lot of potential, Great service!
Just added the app. Is simple to use. Confronted some technical issues right after installation but Riya from customer service sorted it all out very quickly. Great experience so far.

Amazing APP with even better support
I had a technical problem with this app and the support team were more than amazing. They even called me from Tel Aviv to go through the problem. As I type their tech guys are working on a fix (involves having a video on your product page which makes picking a certain product in the app impossible) This is THE upsell/upmix app for WIX.

So far so good. The results are not all in yet...but at least thanks to the solid support staff of Riya (special shout out) and Alex too.
