App crashed and deleted itself
I just downloaded the app and tried to set up the questions and answers. I clicked to proceed to the next step in finalizing everything and the app crashed and deleted everything I had done. So far I wouldn't recommend this app.

I just installed it but its asking me to upgrade and it says it based on how much its used? so is irt really free?

annoying
Found it annoying and difficult to use. The most simplest tasks like changing the font or the colour of the writing are complicated. Had to create a different login just for this app and kept giving me an error message when I tried to log in and edit the app. I'm glad it's on the website, but I don't think I would recommend it.

Very good now that I know how it works
This takes time and effort. But the overall process is fun and very easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Adding to the site is a bit difficult though.

Don't waste your time
I tried it two times, first time it didn't work, so I had to recreate new FAQ and second time it seems to not working to, can't even open support chat, this app isn't ready for public. Don't waste your time.
