The Auction support was amazing helpful. They guide me hand by hand on how to work the Auction app. He gave me a breakdown of all the advantages and disadvantages of each. I would recommend this team and app to everyone using Wix. Amandeep Singh was very helpful

A great product and super helpful support

I looked at a few options and this was by far the best. I am not very technical and when I reached out to support, they were amazing - responsive, patient and very solved my issue immediately

Super easy to run your own auctions and keep more of your money

Not bad. Could use a few interface tweaks, like I'd like to be able to see how many bids and what the bid amount is up to on the auction home page. Instead, I have to go into each auction to see this info. When running 45 auctions at once, it becomes a ton of clicking for the admin, but overall, it's easy to use and straightforward. I downloaded a clock timer to add to my website homepage to show when the auctions are going to end. The app adds a counter to each auction page but for first time website landers, this timer is key. I will be looking at your other apps.

Excellent tech support!

I was new and also my customers are new to auctions, but we all enjoyed an fundraising auction. I asked many questions and the tech support was excellent. Highly recommended!

Updated Features Make This 5 STARS!! Highly Recommend.

We’ve been using this auction app for our charity events, and I’m thrilled with the improvements that they will be rolling out under the premium plan. The developers really listened to feedback and aim to deliver what we needed to give our bidders a smooth, transparent experience. The new outbid notification emails are a huge upgrade — they now show the product name with a direct link, the bidder’s last bid, the new current bid, and a clear “Place a New Bid Now” button. Plus, they include the auction end date and a link to the My Bids Dashboard, which makes it so much easier for participants to stay engaged. The My Bids Dashboard is new for logged in users. It shows each item with its end date, your last bid, the current highest bid, and a clear status (Outbid, You’re Highest, or Winner). The action buttons are perfectly matched to the situation — bidders can place a higher bid instantly, view their item, or even complete their purchase right away. Really happy with this service!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money.

Not the best

App is not the most user friendly. There's not a good dashboard or integration to see or make auctions directly - you have to go into WIX, make a new product, add your one item, then go to the Webkul, add the auction, and set your start/reserve price. The auctions themselves work, just very clunky. It's slow to load, often showing the product before refreshing to show the auction, and there's no way for bidders to see what they've bid on. Also, there's no way to show if the reserve is met - I had quite a few bidders unhappy with this. Overall, you get what you pay for. It's a cheap auction service, does its job but looks and feels cheap.

Too Many Flaws

I wanted to like this app as it would be a great addition to my wix store. Maybe if they can work out the kinks this will be better in the future. First problem, you cannot enable decimal point bidding (10.00 vs 10) and have a minimum bid increment at the same time, even though both options are offered at setup. What this looks like to customers is Current bid $100.00, minimum bid $20.00, but if they enter $120.00 instead of 120 the bid does not go through. The pop up letting them know they used a decimal point and bid did not go through is at the top of the screen and you would have to scroll up to see it. So basically people think they have bid when they have not. There was a glitch midway through my auction that allowed a buy now option at the reserve price, lost money on this, Tech support is not helpful and is overseas so do not expect a response until the next day if you are on EST

Cool app but needs a bit of work!

Cool app, works more or less fine. Customer service is nice. Things that would be nice to add: outbid notifications and 2 min time extension for last second bids. Edit: They refunded my silver plan due to a sync product issue. I just noticed that they added a new functionality to sync selected products, so the former issue is now solved.

Good Customer Service

Ravi was very helpful and got my business email configured in no time at all! He's even checking if they can customize my service to fit my website style. So far I'm very pleased.

Needs work

just spent an hour trying to sinc products to start another auction with no explanation why it ignores me and nothing works. Then I find buried in the product number 188 a message saying I have reached my product limit.

Unprofessional Auction

I wouldn't recommend this Auction App. It loads twice. First it shows the product with the Buy Now button and then it loads again to the Auction Page. I contacted Webkul and they say it cannot be fixed, its a Wix issue. Not Professional and the Design looks cheap.

Tried twice and wouldn't recommend!

This App will not work if your site uses cookies. Your customers have to go to the trouble of clearing their cache if your site used cookies before. Or if you currently use cookies, your customers have to visit the site using an "incognito" window. If this App worked with cookies on your site, I would recommend it, but not at this time.

How do I cancel this?

I can upgrade my subscription but I don't see a way to cancel it.

It is user friendly and very efficient and effective, I would recommend it for everyone.

needs work!

the App is nice but everyone is asking for the same thing. Clients don't get informed about keeping the bids alive. So bidding turns dead as they don't receive updates. You cant say its a future plan when you know that this is what you need to run a auction app Can you please update this so we can make use of this in the proper manner. You cant tell me that you will update it specially for me for $650 when you know this is what every user needs!

Needs more work

A shame. A good idea, but not friendly to use. The biggest issue i have with this, is the fact that there is no app for us, the sellers, to connect to and update or use directly for our products to update, add or remove. Also, the user is taken outside of wix, which again, is not friendly.

Could Be Better...

I ran some tests with my customers, decided against using. The winner was not notified of winning, customer who was outbid was not notified either. When the auction is finished, the product is still available in the store at the winning bidders price so anyone could buy it. I think if these were fixed It would be a really good addition to a wix site.

It's okay for auctioning off one lot at a time

It's okay for auctioning One big lot every half hour but not for multiple individual items in one auction. There is no thumb nails to see bids or to give the option of quick bid. You have to click on each item to see if anyone bid or to see the bid amount. Also the time is off. My auction was suppose to finish at 20 hours 8pm and it finished at 4pm so everyone missed the closing to bid. Also once it was finished the only way I had to inform the winner that they won was to click a button Notify winner. I didn't get an email or notification of the sale closing or a winner or anything. I don't even know if the winner got my notification or what options the site gives them to pay? Or if they even have to follow through and pay or if it keeps sending notifications. The app really needs to be upgraded and all the bugs out of it. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my subscription.

Finally an auction app!

I was so pleased to see an auction app in the store and added it straight away. I had some niggles with the setup of auctions but the responses from the support team were super fast and efficient and things were sorted out in no time! Excited to see the app in action!

Worst Experience Ever

Tech was useless and always talked over us. Constant bugs and issues on the auctions every week. Did not have many necessary features to run an auction. Told us they were "working on it" but issues never got resolved. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Great idea but needs some work

So the app installs easily and then shows on the product page, so far so good. It does slow down the page load times, not so good. It also can not work with decimals meaning that when a user enters a bid EG £ 151.00 the number turns into a bid of 15100 that's really bad as the number entered was 151.00 but the decimal point was removed and the bid then screws up the whole point of an auction as this by default becomes a winning bid! Also when you go to the app to delete this incorrect bid, you do not have the option to delete the bid! again this is a big problem as this makes the auction of this item dead! I like the idea and if these issues can be resolved and page load speeds improved I would install and use this feature and would pay for the Gold Package. let me know when it works correctly.

Loading the app was really easy, and when I had difficulty due to my own ignorance, the tech support was outstanding and I was up and running in no time!

Love it so far

I was a little confused with the set up, but The Support Was Awesome, had a short online meeting, and the gentlemen guided me thru the process and I was up and running, VERY HELPFUL - GREAT SUPPORT !
