   Hey Mike, Thanks for your kind words, it means a lot. As I mentioned in my email the mobile apps along with FB, Insta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Phone Number integrations are all pending approval from respective platforms. As soon as we have the approvals we will start releasing the features.

   Hey, Thanks for your review. Our app is under review with Meta so as soon as its approved we will release Insta/FB message integration. For now you can still integrate FB/Insta messages with Wix Chat via Wix Communication Channels.

   Hi Juliana, UPDATE: Following our recent email exchanges, I’d like to clarify that the claims “This app works only with stores” and “Your app requested my site to be a WIX store” are inaccurate. As demonstrated in the setup video we shared here: https://youtu.be/0dWGL2lyqhA - the app does not require Wix Stores to function. The installation on your site was successful, and no store integration is necessary for core functionality. After we sent the video as technical proof, we did not receive any further response from your side. You also mentioned you never actually tested the app and that "the app had requirements to set up a wix store" but this statement is incorrect as mentioned above. We welcome feedback and continuously improve the product based on real usage data. However, for feedback to drive meaningful updates, it must be based on actual testing or observed behavior. This ensures we focus on resolving valid issues and delivering measurable value to users.

I think I get what you’re referring to, if you mean the automatic chat pop-up that appears on Wix Stores product pages, that’s actually a built-in feature of the app. Right now, there’s no way to turn it off. The AI manages it carefully to avoid bothering your site visitors, and it’s meant to help boost conversions by nudging first-time shoppers to engage. That said, this is a great point you brought up. I really appreciate the feedback, and I’ll bring it up with the team. We’ll look into adding a simple on/off toggle in the dashboard so business owners like you can choose whether they want that feature active or not. Hopefully we can roll that out during the week. In addition to AI Rules and Knowledge Items, the AI model also pulls content directly from your live site pages and Wix Stores when it believes the information is relevant to the user’s question. For instance, if someone asks about a specific product or page, the AI will retrieve that content in real time before responding - this helps make replies more accurate and personalized. For any general information you'd like the AI to always consider, feel free to include it in your Knowledge Items, Custom Instructions, or AI Chat Rules. If you think this behavior could be improved or customized further, We’d love to hear your ideas.    Thank you for the review. So here’s the difference: Chat Rules are a mix of Trigger + Response that you set up. Even if the user doesn’t say the exact trigger, our AI engine tries to match it intelligently and send the right reply based on what you write in the response section for that trigger. Knowledge is more like background info, things about your business that the AI reads and uses when forming replies, but it doesn’t trigger anything directly.
