      Hi Juliana, UPDATE: Following our recent email exchanges, I’d like to clarify that the claims “This app works only with stores” and “Your app requested my site to be a WIX store” are inaccurate. As demonstrated in the setup video we shared here: https://youtu.be/0dWGL2lyqhA - the app does not require Wix Stores to function. The installation on your site was successful, and no store integration is necessary for core functionality. After we sent the video as technical proof, we did not receive any further response from your side. You also mentioned you never actually tested the app and that "the app had requirements to set up a wix store" but this statement is incorrect as mentioned above. We welcome feedback and continuously improve the product based on real usage data. However, for feedback to drive meaningful updates, it must be based on actual testing or observed behavior. This ensures we focus on resolving valid issues and delivering measurable value to users.

   Unfair app

   Quite strange app. First, they promised 3 contries for Free account. Ok, BUT they dont allow you to choose those 3 desirable countries ( For use of this app you have to pay anyway. That it works ok.

   Sent 3 emails to Support - nothing got in return

   I paid for upgrade expecting better service and features. Non of my issue addressed to support email was responded. App works unstable. After clicking a Product Page - there is no way to get back to the main store. Non of buttons are responding in menu from this point... Feel frustrated because online store like this may no make my customers happy, when the website got frozen after the single click to the product...

   Not easy to correct mistakes

   At the very beginning I ve made a mistake in the business title for my site. And when noticed I contacted support to fix my problem. They responded with intention to help, however I ve never got results...I understand that its not a problem of application, but of the third party ... so i advise everyone to check new business name correctly before signing up.

   Lots of Confusion

   I paid for 2 web sites for basic plans and expected 500 visitors per month each site as advertised. First day I ve got 200 visitors each site. And after - just zero for a week. I never saw my advertisement in search results when tried to do self-search for my site. I m not sure where those visitors came from... After contacting support with the issue they promised to check my campaign and optimize it better. Then I ve got some more visitors on uneven basis. Basically I would say simply Google adwords is more manageable and predictable platform for same price... Sorry, not satisfied... -- replying to the comment from support - Yes, after resuming my subscription I ve got some more visitors, thank you. However statistic data is very different between provided by Google statistic and Trafic generator for that month.
