Doesn't work
I have experienced nothing but issues with this feature. It worked in the beginning and all of a sudden it stopped working. It just spins. I can't access it and neither can my customers. I have contacted the support team and no one assisted.

The only app that really works
Uploadly is the only app that really works, beside the other two which are available. Integration is easy and the support is very kind and supportive. Thanks also to Anna which helped me to setup a custom cropping shape, that's an awesome feature.

Be careful before getting subscription!
I tried Uploadly and accidentally subscribed to a paid plan, only to find out the app does not offer any trial or refund policy. Once the payment is processed, there's no option to cancel or get your money back. I even attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, but the app was able to provide documentation that blocked the reversal. Unfortunately, I ended up losing my money. Use with caution — not recommended.

UPDATE: MERCHANT DIDN'T REACHED OUT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS. Thanks for your review. Just to clarify: Uploadly offers a 3-day free trial, as clearly stated on the subscription page and the app listing. If the trial period is exceeded, the charge is processed by Wix automatically. We were a bit surprised to see a review without any prior contact with our support team — especially since we offer live chat assistance to help users instantly. I am not sure why you contact your bank for that, instead contacting Wix or the Uploadly support. That’s not a typical behavior and makes it harder for us to help. Im not a fan
I have used this app for four years and it still had bugs. Files say they are uploaded but are missing. I am very tech savvy and not a fan of scripted customer service.

Despite receiving detailed feedback via both Live Chat and Email, the merchant communicated in Live Chat in a manner that was neither appropriate nor respectful in a professional or interpersonal context. Nice product
Nice and easy to set up and configure. Works well and our customers are happy with the design and process. Response from Anna to a small support query was very quick (less than 30mins) and it was dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs customers to be able to upload images/docs to accompany their orders.

Good but expensive
I loved the app and the customer support is great but I personally find it a little expensive. For someone just starting out, it's a bit on the higher side. Rest anyone who has the budget should definitely go for it.

Muy buena app, fácil e intuitiva

App works after some fixes
In general functionality works fine now after some support and fixes. Quick contact from support and quick fix, but unfortunatelly after placing second support ticket and review. First support request got lost somewhere in between me, wix and support team, so was not visible. Hope verything will continue to work smoothly forward. Good luck and thanks!

Also we enable users to edit, enhance or crop files and allow many further settings like file type and size restrictions, customization of the upload button, translations, different upload sources like GoogleDrive, GooglePhotos, Facebook and much more. You Need This
I'm not tech savvy with coding nor do I want to be. I'm a bit of an app "snob" - I want an app that I can install and it just plugs in seamlessly. Since this rarely ever happens, I was shocked when that was exactly what I got! It was easily customizable and matches my store theme perfectly. I read every review before buying and some are a little harsh therefore, I was hesitant to try Uploadly. But as business owners we all know it's impossible to make everyone happy 100% of the time. With that in mind, I started using Uploadly so I could decide for myself. I encourage you to give it a try before moving on.

In der Testphase, funktioniert gut soweit.
Ich verkaufe bereits über Etsy und bin auf der Suche nach dem geeigneten Shopsystem mit Upload Feld Funktion für meinen Onlineshop. Uploadly sieht soweit gut aus und Anna war super nett im Kundensupport und hat mir super bei der Einrichtung geholfen. Vielen Dank

Amazing app for my DTF Business

Lovely app

Do not waste your time
They give you three days to figure it out and the whole time you can't see what it does unless your site is live. I paid for a month, used it for four hours and they wouldn't give me a refund. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews.

Best Customer Service!
We have big problems with Wix at the moment. Somehow they changed their scripts and many shops that use special apps have problems with site freezes, not clickable elements and so on. But Anna from the Uploadly customer service is super helpful for us, always responds quickly (even on a sunday), has helpful insights and really cares for the app users. And before the current situation with wix, uploadly worked really good for us!

Disapointment
I really wanted to love this product. I got stood up on a video call that Uploadly arranged. All I could feel was dissapointment. I hope uploadly can help me out with my problems.

Easy and straightforward to use
I installed Uploadly to get files from my customers for their custom scarves. I get PDF and Image files from my customers to create modern and handmade scarves. This is the only app i found and it's great! The setup and receiving and downloading files is easy. The monthly subscription could be a little bit cheaper but i do understand that there is a small team behind.

Easy to use straighforward setup

Edit: Still a problem
Another update: App developer accuses me of "blackmail" by leaving an honest review of my experiences thus far while threatening me to change my review or they will cancel my service. But I am blackmailing them? Bizarre way to treat a customer. Rather than take constructive criticism, they just threaten you to end your subscription. If there was another option, I would use it. I am sure after this update, they will cancel me anyway. Update again: Files are missing. Again. App person says they will work on it once it's day time? This app is too expensive to work as infrequently as it does. The app worked fine when it was in the trial. My test product worked fine. Their test worked fine. Every order that has been placed has not given me a single upload. The app is not cheap and this is getting extremely agitating. It is unprofessional to have to keep emailing my orders asking for their photos because my site isn't working.

Hello again, You confronted us with the threat of leaving a negative review if we did not resolve the issue immediately—this we see as "blackmail". Anna explained to you that our team would address it first thing in the morning, as your request came in the middle of the night. Subsequently, you were disrespectful towards her, after she told you that our team will check it directly in the morning. We offered you a refund should you be dissatisfied with our service. Upon review, our team found that there was no issue. The customer placed an order through the quick view feature, which does not include a file upload button. We do not appreciate it when someone trying to help you in the middle of the night is treated this way. We have no issues when a merchant leaves a honest review, but telling upfront that you will leave a negative review if we do not solve it in this second is not acceptable. Best regards

Great app, although you need assistance from the support dept!
I was hesitant buying this app, since the number of negative reviews. However, the support department was very helpful! It didn't work as it should and I contacted support via a webform. The contact was effective and clear. After sending a few messages back and forth the app worked. I think a number of the negative reviews come from impatient developers. My tip for you: get in contact with support and give it a 5* rating!

Its great when it works
Trying to add the app to my products and my screen just spins and spins. Can't get the app to open. Unfortunately this is the only option to allow customers to upload photos.
