    A Maze of Billing Errors and Ineffective Customer Service

    I'm the CEO of a small business and I urge caution when considering eDesk. We encountered several issues: Checkout Glitches: eDesk billed us for two plans without a review opportunity, causing confusion and unnecessary costs. Poor Customer Service: During setup, customer support removed the cheaper plan we wanted, leaving us with a more expensive one we didn’t intend to use. Misleading Ticket Counts: eDesk claimed we had 130 tickets, justifying not allowing a plan switch. Upon review, the count included emails before we even signed up for eDesk. No Accountability: When confronted, their Customer Success Manager claimed ignorance on their billing and ticket system and offered no resolution. In sum, eDesk demonstrated misleading billing, inadequate customer service, and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend their service, especially for small businesses.

    Nope

    It was entirely accidental that I had clicked on this. I want nothing to do with this site nor was I planning to pay anytime soon. I don't know how to remove this from being "Installed".
