Warning to UK Users: Abysmal Support, Broken Prints, and Shady Tactics

I would strongly advise any serious brand to stay away from Tapstitch. My experience has been a month-long cycle of poor production and deliberate customer service avoidance. 1. Poor Technical Knowledge & Production: For my first order, support claimed they "choose the printing method" themselves. They used DTG on heavy blanks, which resulted in the fabric "drinking" the ink. The prints had zero depth and looked amateur. It took a full month of back-and-forth and shipping delays just to get them to acknowledge the error.. The "Voucher" Scam: To compensate for the ruined order, they offered a £20 voucher. However, they applied it as a USD credit which is unusable for a UK-based store. When I complained, they replaced it with a 10% discount code but "capped" it at a £10 maximum. I ended up significantly short-changed compared to the original agreement. It’s total incompetence or deliberate deception.3. Intentional Support Blocking: The most "shady" part is their website chat.

Faultless Company

My only gripe is that the quality is so good I keep buying designs for myself, now I'm broke :-) Jokes aside, the quality of the garments is insane. Delivery is a bit long but its worth the compromise as there's nothing that comes close anywhere else. Never had an issue with customer service, always spot on and fixes any issues that may arise.

Exceptional Integration & Great Seamless Order Process

TapStitch is doing things great, the fact that they have the integration into Wix, and you are able to get your designs ready for sale within minutes. Absolutely enjoying it, I have advised for some improvments with the model/mockup integration into Wix, so you get all the selected images from the POD. Regardless I will recommend TapStitch

Sizing charts are fake and no customer service

I had two orders, the acutal shirt demensions werent even listed on any of the perspective sizes. They were both way too big, and customer service hasnt responsed in 5 days. Highly dissasdissatisfied. Pros: shorts can be word as the size ordered, and the print quality is amazing! perfect.

Great Quality and Speed, but Watch the Sizing

I've been using Tapstitch for a while now, and overall, I'm super happy with them. The quality of the clothing is fantastic, and the delivery speed is really fast, especially for US orders. The website is also super easy to use, which makes placing orders a breeze. The only issue I've had is with the regular fit items. They tend to run a bit small. There's a warning about the sizing, but I still wish they'd adjust it to be more accurate. Otherwise, Tapstitch is awesome, and I'll definitely keep using them!

Great makers but room for some tweaks

This platform has really good quality stuff. As I'm trying to kick off a business with this brand, it would be even better if they had more clothing choices (like caps or more shorts) and more printing options (like embroidery or puff). Will definitely keep using them as a manufacturer though.
