TapStitch was founded by Joe ZHOU. With a Master's degree in History from Yale University, Joe returned to China as an entrepreneur, with a team whose memebers were from several leading internet and apparel companies. Now, TapStitch has offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Dubai, and Los Angeles. It holds a few sub-brands among which are HugePOD, AjMall. HugePOD's mission is 'Fashion in a few clicks'. We are particularly focusing on building a flexible supply chain, real-time monitoring of fashion trends, omni-channel customer service, and efficient order fulfillment. We are building the optimal supply chain to provide quality items at low minimum order quantity with fast delivery service so that global customers can see, buy and afford the latest fashion items. HugePOD is building a flexible international digital chain, committed to become the representative of "Made in China" with a global reputation. It also values forward-looking technological innovations in Content Delivery Platform, visual AI, and intelligent manufacturing.

Tapstitch: POD & Dropshipping Warning to UK Users: Abysmal Support, Broken Prints, and Shady Tactics
I would strongly advise any serious brand to stay away from Tapstitch. My experience has been a month-long cycle of poor production and deliberate customer service avoidance. 1. Poor Technical Knowledge & Production: For my first order, support claimed they "choose the printing method" themselves. They used DTG on heavy blanks, which resulted in the fabric "drinking" the ink. The prints had zero depth and looked amateur. It took a full month of back-and-forth and shipping delays just to get them to acknowledge the error.. The "Voucher" Scam: To compensate for the ruined order, they offered a £20 voucher. However, they applied it as a USD credit which is unusable for a UK-based store. When I complained, they replaced it with a 10% discount code but "capped" it at a £10 maximum. I ended up significantly short-changed compared to the original agreement. It’s total incompetence or deliberate deception.3. Intentional Support Blocking: The most "shady" part is their website chat.

My only gripe is that the quality is so good I keep buying designs for myself, now I'm broke :-) Jokes aside, the quality of the garments is insane. Delivery is a bit long but its worth the compromise as there's nothing that comes close anywhere else. Never had an issue with customer service, always spot on and fixes any issues that may arise.
