Warning to UK Users: Abysmal Support, Broken Prints, and Shady Tactics

I would strongly advise any serious brand to stay away from Tapstitch. My experience has been a month-long cycle of poor production and deliberate customer service avoidance. 1. Poor Technical Knowledge & Production: For my first order, support claimed they "choose the printing method" themselves. They used DTG on heavy blanks, which resulted in the fabric "drinking" the ink. The prints had zero depth and looked amateur. It took a full month of back-and-forth and shipping delays just to get them to acknowledge the error.. The "Voucher" Scam: To compensate for the ruined order, they offered a £20 voucher. However, they applied it as a USD credit which is unusable for a UK-based store. When I complained, they replaced it with a 10% discount code but "capped" it at a £10 maximum. I ended up significantly short-changed compared to the original agreement. It’s total incompetence or deliberate deception.3. Intentional Support Blocking: The most "shady" part is their website chat.
