    App Doesn't Work, Difficult Uninstall

    First, uninstall instructions they make you contact to provide for some dystopian reason: Wix dashboard, go to Manage Apps > select the Chat app > click Delete App. Actual review: Once live, the 'start convo' button was non-operational, rendering the app useless. Could not figure out how to uninstall (as many users report). No native deactivate or uninstall option as all other Wix apps I have seen have. Had to email. They emailed back fast, to their credit. But why at all?

    I can't remove it and it kept saying my Facebook isn't connected after I connected it. Please help!

    customer suppor on livechat was very good! my assistent was Richcarde M. he helped me a lot and tried his best. so maybe i will come back in the future when I know more. Richcarde was very friendly and helpful thank you!
