Bookvault Broken, confusing and a complete waste of time!
I have spent most of the day trying to connect BookVault to my Wix store, and it simply does not work. The app repeatedly sends me between Wix and the BookVault portal without completing the connection. The instructions are confusing, appear to be outdated and do not correspond with what is actually shown on screen. I have waited, refreshed, logged back in and retried the setup, but the result is always the same circular process. I have contacted BookVault but have not yet received a response or even a useful acknowledgement. For something advertised as a simple integration, this has been extraordinarily frustrating and has seriously made me reconsider using BookVault at all. Judging by the other recent reviews, this is not an isolated problem. The Wix integration needs to be fixed, properly tested and supported with accurate instructions.
Bookvault Appalling!
When you finally go around in enough circles unlinking and reinstalling just to get the integration to work, you have to do it all over again when adding new products. Clicking any links either takes you to get a quote for a book or a login that rejects your correct credentials.
Bookvault Not working - no response from my emails
Sadly, after having been delighted with the process of getting my book up on the site, I can't link it to Wix - BookVault is not recognising my login details even though I am already logged in, in order to link the app. I have reached out via a ticket twice now with no response.
Bookvault It's a constant loop dee loop with outdated guides
All this app does is send you to the portal, go to an outdated guide and FAQ. It kept saying upgrade but all it does is send you to the website to get a quote. All of the instructions are outdated and don't show how it is now. I've had issues uploading products from BookVault onto Wix, and it has been a pain in the backside to get it all connected and sorted. There seemed to be a glitch or something because one of my books isn't showing on the products page on WIX. Wix confirmed this is an issue on Bookvault's end.
Bookvault will not let you set up without a VAT number
And the government website for getting VAT umber is a circular nightmare which will not just let you register you business and get said VAT number.

Bookvault Function ok, lead time ridiculous
It works and integrates with Wix well - but the lead time on the books is very long. Order placed 9 days ago and book hasn't gone into print yet.

Hi Jdimambro27, With the exception of bespoke printing (with foil etc) most orders should be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Feel free to reach out to the team and we can get to the bottom of what could have happened here
Bookvault What is wrong with the POD book sites?
This one has error on login, you can't even set up an account? Each one used on Wix is absolute hot garbage.

Bookvault GOOD BOOKS
To be honest, Bookvault has the highest-quality products and the best prices on the market today. The only problem is that it is still difficult to manage order fulfillment and tracking. I will never tire of saying that they print the most beautiful books, and in my personal experience, they respond very quickly to your questions or problems. I just hope they will have more libraries and channels someday, and it will be easier to complete orders from the web.

Bookvault Good quality books, poor service, too long a wait time
The integration with wix products needs work. Customers should be able to choose tracking, order expediting, and more. I don't want to be a middle man having to deal with lost orders, but it happened, a lot. I also had to track down and self-fulfil orders when the system should do it for me. Maybe I'll come back in a year or three and see if things have improved.

Hi There, Thanks for your feedback. We've recently pushed out various updates to improve the experience with our Wix app. With all Wix orders, they're automatically upgraded to the quickest production speed free of charge so we don't include this as part of the integration. Additionally through the shipping extension included as part of the app, all the available shipping options are provided to your customers. Only tracked services can easily be toggled through the app dashboard which should improve the delivery rate of orders.
