   Great analytics, has limits that don't have to be there

   Visitor Analytics has been my go-to app for analytics for about 4 months now. It gives me precise details about a lot of things I need to know and it's nice knowing who clicked on a link in a newsletter with the UTM Campaigns. But I'm not here to say it's perfect. It is limited with the free account (not as much as it used to be - thanks for the upgrade to the free account, Visitor Analytics), and most of the advanced features need a Wix Premium account (Wix's problem, not Visitor Analytics'). Value: 7.5/10 Accuracy of Reports: 9.5/10 Free Version of App: 8/10 Paid Version of App: 6/10 Overall Score: 8.5/10

   Excellent

   It is EXCELLENT!!! All essential features are free. BUT PLEASE ADD A FEATURE TO RECORD VISITORS SESSIONS. That would be great - and make sure it is free, otherwise it's not worth it =)

      Thank you for the good rating and the nice words! We actually worked on such a feature, but we felt that for most people (not all) it would add complexity to the stats, and being easy-to-use is very important to us. Also we found that session recording worked well, but not in all browsers, which meant that the data collected was not necessarily representative of ALL the users of a web site and therefore not as reliable as we would like it to be. Reliability is another thing that we feel is essential. So in the end we did not release this feature. Basically we do not want to offer data that is not extremely reliable and session recording can not be for a host of technical reasons.
