   Great app but very buggy

   I really loved this app, feature and functionality is just incredible. Unfortunately, in spite of being in the Dinner plan. Kudobuzz does not submit the review snippets and google merchant review feed in a seamless way. It's been over 3 months now, and not a single review can be seen on google merchant, only half of my listings show review snippets, and for others, the feed is not present. I contacted support multiple times and nothing has been resolved yet.

      Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do have customers using the Google Rich Snippet feature and do see their reviews on Google. Once we send the feed, we have no control over when and how Google displays the reviews for your search. Also, please note that as a 3rd party reviews aggregator with Google, we don't send your reviews via Google Merchant, which is why you don't see any review there. You might need to contact Google, if you prefer, to launch a complaint about this. We do ask customers to do that and they've reported that it helped get their reviews up. Cheers!

   Excellent customer Service

   Amazing app and Syncs everything as long all your products have SKU. Just watch there onboarding video, and the rest is easy to set up. I had a few questions and Donatas from Support was super quick to answer them and sorted all my issues.

To make the user experience even more pleasant, in the upcoming months we are planning on releasing a new onboarding step-by-step tool, that will be accessible by every user in Multiorders "Menu" tab. Donatas has only been with us for 2 months, but he is becoming a superstar. Will definitely share with him this Review:)

   Amazing service and app

   Ember from the support has been exceptionally great and help us set this app as per our need.Finally it would save us lot of time every week managing inventory across our Wix, Etsy and ebay store and also hopefully Amazon soon. Don't hesitate to get this app as it does require sometime to setup but it won't disappoint you. Support is there to help and they are excellent and knowledgable.

   Asks for payment details

   Can't open the app until I provide credit card details.I want to explore the app and see if it is right fit for my business but was unable to do so as I wasn't comfortable giving my card details without looking what site offers.

      First of all, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you had a bad experience testing our app. You are absolutely right that it is not clear exactly why we are asking for your credit card authorization. We will release an update as soon as possible, which clearly communicates what we need the credit card data for and that the app can be tested without risk and cost. When you sign up, we will give you a 30 Euro trial budget and your credit card will only be charged if you spend more than this trial budget. By default your daily advertising budget is set to 1 Euro per day and so you would not exceed this amount during the trial period. However, we also don't want to give you a limit on how high your daily budget should be, so we will get permission to charge your credit card so that higher expenses can be paid. Finally, I would like to add that we work with Stripe as a payment service provider and therefore do not have access to your credit card data!
