    App is ok, support is horrible!

    I've rarely encountered app support as slow as this. I reached out on October 24th regarding two issues: first, the initial message in the embedding tab doesn't save correctly and keeps reverting to the English version. Second, the 'Copy' button for the embed codes on the embedding page isn't functioning, requiring manual copying as a workaround. These are fundamental features that should work seamlessly. Today, November 3rd, there’s still no response, mirroring previous experiences where response times stretch to a week or more. This raises concerns about the reliability of the app and the company behind it—an unacceptable experience that leaves one wondering if the project is still actively supported.

      I'm deeply sorry for out delayed response. It appears as though your messages fell through the cracks with us. Propane Chat is still an actively maintained project and we have since patched both of the problems that you were experiencing.
