    "I stopped using Seel after my first customer’s claim experience. When a package was mis-delivered and never found , Seel required the customer to file a police report, which was a major hassle for a $45 order. I ended up refunding the customer myself to ensure they were taken care of and dropped Seel immediately. The process was far too difficult for the buyer, and I refuse to subject my customers to such unreasonable requirements."
