    What Great Features in 1 App

    I have never given a review on Wix apps. But this one, I think, just really helped me out. And it was on the FREE version. It's funny how just 2 little things on the first row in the dashboard made me understand why nothing has been happening and why 1 certain item was getting a lot of views. This app alerted me to weird behavior, such as dead clicks and more, and then showed me the video of what the customer did. While having a slider gallery for my products on desktop is great. My mobile view would only show 1 item. And even though it has an arrow to slide and you could just swipe it to get to the next product, they were hitting the product. I even had a message box saying "You can click on the arrows or just swipe to see more." It still didn't work. Now I have a gallery with 8 items showing on desktop and now 8 items on mobile, but when you're on mobile, you get to scroll and see all 8 items and then hit Load More. Now they shouldn't get frustrated and leave. THANKS TWIPLA

    Love the App

    For some reason, I could not get it to work on my computer. But after using it for Live Chat with Patrick, He went out of his way and showed me that it worked on desktop and mobile devices. I use Duckduckgo and Chrome. But it must just be my computer. All of the settings in the Chatway app are great! It gives you flexibility of assigning team members to certain chats and issues as well as let you chime in during an AI chat. I heard they have just started the app and I approve 100%. - FOX TAYLOR
