Another "Wix Choice" app without support
Installed it 30 days ago and upgraded so I can collect a bunch of session recordings to review. Now that I want to review them, the app is deleted from my Wix account. Installed new yesterday: no sessions recorded as of today (with plenty if visits). Worst of all, support is non-existent. What a waste of everyone's time.

One of their first users, after two years abandoning ship
Two years ago the Wix AI Chat started slow and clunky, then grew into something that was astonishingly good at providing the right answers. We trained and trained the bot, until about 4 months ago, the bot fell off a cliff somehow: hallucinating, not following our training rules, sometimes providing answers that we absolutely contradictory to our rules. The Wix Support team is absolutely overwhelmed, and - as typical for Wix - blames either "user error," or "can't reproduce" or "its a feature, not a bug". Despite our issues being "escalated" many times, nothing ever improved. Now when adding corrective responses into an ongoing AI chat, the AI actually doesnt stop responding anymore (like it used to). So, basically I cant type fast enough while the bot keeps giving bad answers.... I have found myself feeling like the bot's slave because constantly I had to monitor, correct it, email support.... hours and hours on end. Today I deleted the app. Don't waste your time with this....

Improving the “Train the AI” system is a major focus for us, and we’re continuously working to make it more reliable and consistent. Great support
After an initial learning period, I have used the connector for a few years now and its smooth sailing. Just had an issue and Sherwin helped very quickly and effectively. Thanks and great job!

not enough customization and no support
The app seems very basic, we are looking for an alternative. The worst is, as with other platforms, that there is no support. No, I am not saying bad support, or slow, or incompetent. I am saying no support - zero.

judged too early, very clunky and unreliable
Unfortunately, I had to change my rating from 5 stars to now 1. The app turned out to be very clunky and unreliable. Literally, daily, I see problems in one way or another. The widgets dont show up at all, or in the wrong way, or - as of today - the show up first and then while you browse your page up and down, they disappear again. I have two websites installed with Fera now and I am besides myself with the problems. It took a long time to set up the app on both sides, and I feel like I wasted my time... or worse, damaged our sites. Their support is very responsive, but it seems they are overwhelmed. Definitely, you keep going in circles with them as they are - unsuccessfully - are trying to fix things. Can't recommend anymore! -------- Just started using the app, so its a bit early for final judgment. Support is very good and efficient, no run-around, quick and competent help. Platform seems to work well, and would definitely recommend at least considering,
