Excellent Support
Wix is a pain in the butt in that you cannot have options like other products that do not affect price or inventory. I make everything to order, so stain colour does not affect my stock. Because I have others that affect the price, their only option is a text box, which is unacceptable, and they do not appear to be adding modifiers to the regular editor anytime soon if ever. At first, I was having issues with the Font Size, and also the options box was showing up under quantity, so it was an issue. I took the trial and the developer worked until they got both to work. This was a big conversion issue for me as I had 18 stain options, so being able to resolve this and only having to add this same option once to my products with stains. I have paints as well - will just have 2 option fields to have to work with. Thank you so much for your help.

Great Experience - Easy to Use.
I started setting up and ran into an issue of deactivation after non-use and reported this wouldn't work for start-ups. Since then I have heard back from them and this policy is being changed. Their support and interaction is Excellent and you deal with a live person versus Chat and it shows the business is listening to users. As a Canadian, I always prefer using a Canadian supplier, so am happy that I can now use them. Unfortunately, I have been selling more locally so haven't used shipping but once but was a wonderful experience. Everything was picked up at my front door and tracked along the way. The recipient was very happy. This is a side business /hobby but look forward to when I have more to ship in the future.

For Now ----- Understanding it is new
I loved that this has been added and am starting to use it. Issues that I find: 1) Files are not protected if you don't want them downloaded. 2) You have load Video, Audio and File at the top and also have them at the bottom - is redundant unless they function differently. 3) I am embedding PowerPoints so hopefully that works, as am still developing and haven't published yet. 4) Quizzes are very basic and need more options over time I understand this is a new product and as such, I am happy it is there one of the issues I had with external was they were not integrated into my website and had to use another tool. I do have concern that this might bog my site down from a performance perspective, just have to wait and see. I find Wix is creating more and more tools to make it easier to have a really robust site and have great apps that are integrated. This is a +, so looking forward to seeing how it works once it is published.
