We installed the free version and contacted the owner to clarify one of the app’s features. He replied right away and assured us that the feature we needed worked as expected. We just had to upgrade and pay. After paying for the app, we discovered that the feature did not work the way he had explained. We tried contacting him again at least six times but never received a response. After doing more research, we found out that the company has been dissolved, which means there appears to be no support for this product. Based on our experience, we do not recommend installing or purchasing this app.

Don't waste youor time or money

First of all, you can barely customize it, even when you pay. Second, if you want to move the app from one page of your website to a different one, the comments that you already had dissapear, and the worst thing is customer service is awful

He pagado la versión Premium para que aparecieran más comentarios en mis artículos. Lamentablemente, no se muestran todos: en mi caso solo aparece uno y los demás no se ven. He pagado un mes y no tengo intención de seguir pagando si el problema no se soluciona.

comments disappeared

After I changed the URL of my blog, comments disappeared on most blog pages. I asked the devs to fix it three times, and they only restored the comments on one page, out of like 20. It's really a shame, I had a bad experience with this app.

are you kidding me where is the trash can for people to delete their comments and sometimes when i delete the app for a restart it dosen't delete and then you have to re-load the page page for it to delete!

10 comments only?

I have the premium account and yet only 10 comments show on the page? Useless for me. If that's it, I will cancel the plan.

Good basic functionality but limited to 10 comments makes it useless.

I'm very disappointed in this app. I signed up for the premium package which is supposed to allow for unlimited comments, but I'm only able to get 10 comments (as if I am getting only the free package). I paid the upgrade and it shows that I have the premium package and yet every time there is a new comment added to our site, the oldest comment gets deleted -- limiting us to only 10 comments. I've sent emails to customer service, but just got a message saying I need to wait for a supervisor to respond in a few days. So far, definitely not worth the money.

j'utilise cette extension pour mon site de voyance pour que les consultants puissent laisser des avis. Je suis vraiment satisfait : personnalisation très poussée, les commentaires peuvent être modérés ou non, possibilité de répondre aux commentaires, le consultant est prévenu par email de ma réponse. Je recommande fortement wix. Je ne regrette pas d'avoir abandonné wordpress !

It's been an excellent addition to our site. --- Recently, I had a small issue (nothing significant) but reached out to the developer for help. Within hours the situation was resolved. This style of comments app was exactly what I was looking for to use on my website. Everything works great and the only issue I had was solved very quickly by the support team. Would highly recommend this app!

App is just not working or I have screwed up with the settings, but the technical support does not even seem to know what to tell me, weeks later after paying my 1st subscription and I still sit with an app that does not work! Come on guys shape up or leave WIX app center please!

Horrible, cheap, rippoff

This app is completley irrelevant. If you are using a blog or forum or anything like that, its bad. It has a user limit of 10 comments, then asks you to upgrade to the overpriced premium plan. Dont install this, its a waste of time

Sent an email to tech support, got an auto reply stating I'd be contacted in 24 hours, it's been 4 days. Brutal customer service.

The Comments app is very good for my site

I have been using the Comments app for a few years. When I had an issue and contacted the Support team they responded very quickly and fixed the issue. Good product / Good support.

Comments don't appear on pages

The comments don't appear on the pages once approved. I'm going to have to migrate them all manually to a different app. Very frustrating experience with this app.

This app has issues. I even Upgraded but that did'nt fix it.

Deleted 2 comments on my site yet they are still displaying. Upgraded to the paid app, refreshed the page and still nothing.
