Do not upgrade
It was working just fine until I upgraded, then the app didnt even work as good as it was before, it just got stuck, didnt even let me see the 10 free answers I uploaded. Do not upgrade your plan.

The AI feature is very customisable
The AI of this app is very good as you are able to customise it to answer to your liking. However, the AI thing takes up too much space on the screen, making it incompatible with my computer too use. Overall a good design, but an option should be made where you are able to shrink the size of the chat as the owner of the website.

Extremely Useful!
This is so good! A little confusing at first, but once you get used to it, this can be the best Q&A app EVER! I'd highly recommend it for everyone who has a pretty perplexing site that needs a little explaining.

So far very impressed with how easy it is
I tried another chat bot and it was so convoluted, this one is much easier to use. I'm having some troubles with the 'glue' feature and grouping though. Also, the little messenger icon is a little bit pixelated.

Too expensive
For a small company 7.50 / month is too much and 10 answer too less. 10 free, ok, but maybe some different prices, 20 for 0.50, 50 for 1 USD and so on.
