   Great for batch sends, haven't figured out automations yet

   When contacts get synced from Wix to Omnisend, they come over not opted in to email and SMS. Is there a way to bring them over as subscribed?! I see no settings or field mapping on the wix side...

    Scam. Doesn't work. $50 cancellation fee

    Tried it. Doesn't work. Talked to customer service and they said someone will reach out and no one did. Never got any test sms or emails. Trying to cancel now and there is a $50 cancellation fee. Oh and you will have to contact them to cancel, you won't be able to cancel on your own!

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, regarding the $50 cancellation fee, we do not charge any fee to cancel any of our subscriptions, you are free to cancel at anytime without any additional charge. We do not see any $50 charge in your account, but if you have been processed such, please reach out to our support team, so we can sort this out for you in a promptly manner. As for the issues with testing your SMS, our deliverability team previously advised in sending a couple more tests to different numbers to be able to investigate further on the matter, as only 1 phone number was provided. If you have done so, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with the numbers and emails used to test to support@omnisend.com, so our team can look deeper into this for you.     Garbage

    Customer support is horrible, asks the same questions over and over. But whats worse is the SMS stopped working and I got no notifications. This went on for 4 months! Trying to fix it now and their support is absolute garbage.

    Extremely disappointed and not satisfied

    Customer service reps that work and represent the company are great, however, the actual techs that are supposed to solve the problems are non-existent. The reps are trained to say "Please allow me to escalate this with our tech team, this could take up to 24-48 hours but usually faster!" They do NOT get back with you. I have wasted so much of my time sending screenshot after screenshot via emails on multiple days and multiple occasions hoping that my problem would be solved and it isn't. The problem is what their company is about-- sending an SMS to a customer. Mine never got sent. I have given up on this company.

With this in mind, we take pride in attempting to get to the root cause of the problem as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality. We checked the conversation log and discovered that each time the ticket was escalated to Tech Support, our agents provided you with an update within the promised timeframe. While investigating the problem, the Tech Support team discovered that the texts aren't being delivered because your phone number verification was rejected by the Toll-free aggregator.     NONE of the reminders sent. I'm removing this immediately. I'm convinced this isn't even a real service or app. If it is it certainly isn't managed by people anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. No one is available to contact either. Very disappointing.

    Erratic & unreliable for SMS reminders

    This app was great ... initially. I sent clients SMS confirmations of their appointments and also 2-day reminder & 2-hour reminder texts. However, start 09/28/2022, my clients began reporting unreliable SMS reminder texts. I worked with Omnisend to try to resolve this situation. Initially they indicated that it was a Wix issue (where I host my website). Today it is 10/21/2022. There has been back & forth between me & Omnisend for WEEKS. I have shared client issues. Clients with standing appointments will receive reminders one week and nothing the next. Sometimes they get the 2-day reminder but do not get the 2-hour reminder (which is in the same workflow). Since the initial installation, I have changed nothing on my end. This has to be an Omnisend issue. At one point during this period of chaos, I was informed that the reason two of my clients did not get reminders was because they cancelled their appointments. No one cancelled anything. I'm a 1-man show. I need something dependable!

    Should not be limited after paying for website!

    It is outrageous that we have to pay for the VERY BASIC function of a text confirmation. This should be a part of the most basic membership, something Square provides completely for free, including frequency and amount of reminders. I will be canceling my whole Wix account as soon as I have time to drop this garbage service. Feel free to relay the message. TRASH.

    Seemingly reasonable features but too difficult to uninstall

    I decided I didn't need this after I learned more about the features already provided by my Wix plan. After searching on the app itself and online for how to disable it, I finally had to contact customer service. After multiple emails, they are telling me that after six months of lack of use, it will be disabled. This is after I asked them to disconnect Omnisend from my site. Now I have to email them *again* and tell them to disable it now so it will stop sending emails. I regret having installed it.
