I didn't care for this app
The reviews I imported wouldn't show up on products. The product page widget was far too large and couldn't be adjusted. It wasn't worth upgrading so I have deleted it for a more sleek looking option.

Frustrated when it automatically unpublished all 200 reviews
I have to manually published each one of them. One by one. There is no option of select multiple /all and publish.

App not showing up outside of editor.
Not sure if it actually works
Not intuitive, confusing UI/UX, especially for setups with diff countries & timezones

A Headache
Their Customer Service sucks! Currently, Ive been trying to get help on this app for 5 days now with zero response. The app itself has worked until I redid my website. My reviews have not synced in 3 months. For some Odd reason I thought they synced however, they never did and getting help as been a 6 dollar bill! Non existent!

Ridiculous pricing
They're charging $1,000 per year to be able to sync reviews with Google, and $500 per year to be able to reply to reviews on the website? Not only that but video/photo reviews are also locked behind this paywall. This is just a reviews app, never seen one this greedy. Not even worth the hassle of setting up, you are better off with Wix's built-in reviews app.

Low Rate of Reviews Received
They made me have to pay to get emails sent from my own business email. I'm sure this is why I got a limited amount of reviews--even though clients loved the products. I also stopped getting reviews after 1.5 years. I wish I had switched earlier, but had too many other things to manage on the site. Now I found a better option.

Quand on avait le breakfast plan (avec Wix), c'était vraiment bien! Maintenant, c'est le coffee plan et on ne peut plus faire grand chose. Je n'ai aucune envie de payer 25$/ mois, c'est cher! C'est vraiment dommage, car ça fonctionnait bien. J'ai mis beaucoup de temps pour tout programmer, personnaliser et modifier mes fiches produits pour que les avis puissent apparaître. Finalement, que du temps perdu.

Started good then bombed
Signed up last year on a monthly plan. At the time was able to import reviews from Google AND Facebook. At some point in the last couple of months, apparently KB no longer allowed to import reviews from FB, but failed to provide any notice, yet charges same as when had full review import accessibility. Last week I spent several hours diving into Meta and Wix to see if there was some link or something that had been dropped, etc, preventing FB reviews from being imported. Finally got onto a chat with KB customer service who advised that FB no longer allowing importation of reviews. CS agent had no idea when this change happened, yet the links on how to sync your FB remain UP & active on KB's page.

Lot's of glitches and minimal support
When needed help I was told online chat was closed and the templates were not working and there is no widget showing up on my site and I am missing out on reviews. There needs to be better customer service.

With regards to your templates, we’d like to clarify that, the coupon settings on your dashboard is set to dynamic, which means we are sending random automatic codes to your customers, if you prefer to input a specific code for your customers, we suggest switching to the manual set up instead of dynamic set up. Also with Wix, once our app is installed our widgets are automatically injected onto your site you don’t need to do anything at all. O app até que é bom, porem a questão associar a avaliação do produto ser manual, e que voce pode "associar" a mesma avaliação a vários produtos, para mim não e correto. tenho uma conta premium associada ao plano wix. prefiro usar o editorify que mesmo no plano free faz a avaliação do produto corretamente.

Great app but very buggy
I really loved this app, feature and functionality is just incredible. Unfortunately, in spite of being in the Dinner plan. Kudobuzz does not submit the review snippets and google merchant review feed in a seamless way. It's been over 3 months now, and not a single review can be seen on google merchant, only half of my listings show review snippets, and for others, the feed is not present. I contacted support multiple times and nothing has been resolved yet.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do have customers using the Google Rich Snippet feature and do see their reviews on Google. Once we send the feed, we have no control over when and how Google displays the reviews for your search. Also, please note that as a 3rd party reviews aggregator with Google, we don't send your reviews via Google Merchant, which is why you don't see any review there. You might need to contact Google, if you prefer, to launch a complaint about this. We do ask customers to do that and they've reported that it helped get their reviews up. Cheers!

didn't work for me
the upload of review feature didn't work - i reached out for support and received fairly quick feedback, unfortunately the resolution process dragged on for a couple of weeks . Eventually I went with another solution although I just received another email today saying that it is still not resolved on their end. it looks like a great app for those it works for!

There's even better option even though I've the lunch plan
Was trying to add my facebook reviews in and it says that the page is not found. Used Fera, and my syncing is seamless.

Features with Technical Issues
The day I signed up for Kudobuzz, I wanted to edit the outgoing emails but it would not load (or time out). This went on for two days before I contacted support who had no idea the feature was down. I also had some reviews where the users have an incorrect star rating but were unable to edit their original reviews. I had to send them an email asking for them to edit their review for the option to be available. Business owners don’t have the time for this but also do not want unfavorable appearing reviews. This is also not end-user friendly. Customer service was responsive and friendly. So far that’s the only positive for me.

Anasayfada ürün yorumları görünürken ürün isimleri çıkmıyor.Bu sebeple müşteri yorumları anasayfada yer alırken müşterinin hangi ürün hakkında yorum yaptığı görünürse hem satış bakımından hem değerlendirmeyi doğru anlamak bakımından daha yerinde olacaktır.Ayrıca müşteri herhangi bir ürünle ilgili yorum yaptığında onay ekranında mağaza yöneticisi ürün mü veya hangi ürün diye seçmek zorunda kalıyor.Hangi ürünle ilgili yorum se otomatik gelmesi daha iyi olurdu.

The integration is very slow and affect my website loading time
I really disappointed from the team behind, the tool feature is fantastic however it affect my website loading time!! even its backend dashboard doesn't load often!!

Not far from good
The design page formatting options are not updating on my wixsite despite having the app properly integrated. The preview isn't working either. Kudobuzz UI is on par with a 2005 myspace profile editor and I'm about 1 more frustration away from deleting it. My advice for Kudobuzz is to: 1) Get a UX/UI designer 2) Get a product manager or at least have someone partially absorb that role 3) Use agile principals: operate in sprint cycles, and test + validate 4) Push your code monkeys harder or get new ones
