after installing and it saying they would charge a percentage of the items that sold via their upsell program they started charging me $40 without me knowing it. Then i even cancelled the subscription and they are still charging me. Charging back every payment with this company and contacting the BBB and Attorney General for fraud

Our pricing is clearly shown before install, and we offer full access to all features on every plan. It is practically impossible to delete, following the instructions and watching videos.

Isn't compatible with services/bookings
I downloaded this to have an option for add on's to a client's session at check out. The app is not compatible with this feature. Only for products- keep in mind.

Wrongfully charged even after unsubscribing
ReCovert has been charging me for the last 4 months even when i have unsubscribed its services 4 months back. It is not showing under premium subs and even in the app, it does not show up as subscribed. Wix support does not help and keeps on redirecting the issue to ReCovert.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! At no point did I sign up to any free trail with them but they still charged me after use, even though the app have never worked on my site properly!! They've also been giving my customers DISCOUNT CODES for my site WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and for literally no reason!! It took me so long and so many conversations with wix to figure out where these discounts customers were getting and turned out it was from this app. I have lost so much money due to this app - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Deceitful business practices. Don't recommend
It specifically said that it was a free install, so I assumed it was one of the free optional apps with my upgraded wix account. I clicked on "Learn More" and read everything first, and nowhere did it say anything other than "FREE". After going through setting everything up, just before getting to the "go live" button to click, THEN it suddenly pops up their table of charges!!! Sonofa- The thing is, I would have totally and gladly paid for the service, but if they're going to be that sneaky right off the bat, what else are they going to misrepresent? I don't do business with trash like that.

App Gives HUGE INCORRECT Discount Codes
I started noticing that there were huge automated discount codes being used on my site, One discount was close on 400$, this is a lot considering my most expensive product is 60$.... Turns out the Reconvert was giving multiple 100% discounts when it was supposed to be giving 5$ Discounts.... I would not use this app, we lost a huge amount of money and the app has taken no responsibility for it

Can't Uninstall!!
I get this message Delete ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell? This app has visual elements on your site. To delete it, go to the Editor. After deleting, publish your site so changes go live. When I try to go through the Editor...there is no Delete when I open the apps

Set-up Credit Card Information
So as I was going to set-up this app in the free version, I was not happy with the fact that the form that popped up was asking for credit card information. I think it is a little suspicious to ask for credit card information on a free service.

Hi there, sorry for the confusion you are feeling. ReConvert is not a free app :-). We have a free trial period after which the user is billed. The only way we would be able to bill at the time of billing is to have collected the credit card details in advance. I have tried to locate your information but I cannot find a way to contact you... High fees and not easy to remove - be warned!
Wasting lots of time trying to remove this - it's like a virus, you have to research how to remove it from your site!

didnt realize it was a free trail then a monthly payment
no info on pricing and once installed have to go into editor to uninstall... but doesnt tell you where to go. If you have the same problem... it can be found in "code packages" find Reconvert and uninstall my fault - should have read into it more - didnt test actual app so unfair to give 1 star or 5 stars

terrible and now I can't get rid of it
I hate these apps that are so hard to get rid of. I wanted to see what it was and was duped into installing it upon being asked for credit card I wanted to get rid of it. It says it has visual elements on my site and has to be delete via editor but I can't find it anywhere. Just like the POWR team view it's impossible to get rid of once you have it :(

Terrible experience.
Unfortunately my experience is poor - for a start their revenue figure was absurdly incorrect - which conveniently means they get to charge you more. I had an issue where buyer could add additional items at the discounted price, but then if they deleted the original item from the cart, the new discounted item stayed there and the app would let them checkout, robbing me of profit. - Tech support could not help when i reported the issue. I have now deleted the app
