This simple tool helps build customer loyalty for your business. Each Coin is equal to your local currency (e.g., $1 USD, £1 GBP), making it easy to reward customers wherever you operate. With Twism, you’re in control—set how many Coins are earned per purchase, how often they’re awarded, and even create your own branded Coins. You can also invite existing customers to join your loyalty program by sending them Coins directly. Track performance through your dashboard with insights into customer habits. Notes: Twism operates with Bookings, Store, and requires Members Area. For physical businesses, Twism is available in the U.S. only. Our online platform is available in select countries, including the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and more. Multicurrency is not supported.

    Can't add coins to balance

    The + button for adding codes and coins doesn't work! Welcome codes or coins can't be added to your balance! Both mobile and desktop! Edit: after compromising and still using this, you need a mobile app to get the coins AND you can't use them for pricing plans which is a main part of my site! Very frustrated overall with this product.

      Hi there, thank you for your review. We understand that you were under the impression that customers would need to utilize the Twism mobile app to earn coins. We're happy to clarify that this is not the case, as customers can earn, track, and redeem their coins all via the widget displayed on your website. However, I also understand that you would like to utilize Twism with pricing plans. Unfortunately, you are correct that at this time, Twism is not yet compatible with pricing plans. However, we have documented your comments as feature request and will gladly notify you when we are ready to fully support pricing plans.
