    Wish I'd known it deosn't sync products

    Spent a couple of hours setting everything up, and started building emails to find that you can only sync products on dynamic emails manually with WIX. So, as an e-commerce site, this is pretty useless for email automation to build sales. Glad I only paid for one month, I guess.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this limitation during the setup process, and we’re sorry that it impacted your workflow. You’re absolutely right that our Wix integration currently syncs contact data only. Order history and product data are not supported at this time. While this is highlighted in our documentation, we understand how this can be disappointing for e-commerce use cases. Expanding this integration is something our team is actively working on. In the meantime, as a workaround, you can add products via the Omnisend API to gain more flexibility with automated emails.
