I'm SO happy with this!
I started having mediocre success at first. I contacted Riya at support and discovered I had set it up wrong. She went through it and fixed my problems and literally within a couple of minutes it paid off! I will Definitely be keeping this for as long as it performs this well. One hour in and I've made almost triple my AOV! Grateful for the app and the expert help!

Customer service is phenomenal
Saumya and Riya both helped me today. I was adding on upsells for black friday and even though I had installed it, it was not working correctly. Samumya stayed up with me to figure out the problem and Riya helped me finish it up the next more. Both very kind. I LOVE that I can talk to an actual person and not a robot, That's what gets customers to stay. Good job team

I just downloaded the app to Wix and needed some help figuring out how things work. As soon as I sent a message, ASH answered me and explained to me in detail, including pictures that helped me understand how to find my way around the application

I really like this App
Only just installed it today and I'm still getting to grips with it. However, I believe it has loads of potential to help me build up my sales revenue. And the Chat help is brilliant too. Very reasonably priced too.

I really love this app

The app has great potential - Alex from support was great.
One thing that concerned me on the reviews is that each one has a support ticket tied to it, which made me think the product might be buggy. I think this is more due to the fact that when initially setting it up, some help might be needed. At the end of the configuration, you are asked to take this survey so it results in lots of "Alex in support was cool" type messages. The product looks good so far!

Seems to a lot of potential, Great service!
Just added the app. Is simple to use. Confronted some technical issues right after installation but Riya from customer service sorted it all out very quickly. Great experience so far.

Amazing APP with even better support
I had a technical problem with this app and the support team were more than amazing. They even called me from Tel Aviv to go through the problem. As I type their tech guys are working on a fix (involves having a video on your product page which makes picking a certain product in the app impossible) This is THE upsell/upmix app for WIX.

Great implementation and great support from real live people like Riya and Alex
So far so good. The results are not all in yet...but at least thanks to the solid support staff of Riya (special shout out) and Alex too. Smooth onboarding and well executed implementation this is a GOOD PRODUCT. Looking forward to the future with REConvert. Thank you to the WIXers and the ReConverters.

I like it !
It's a really good app. Definitely filling a gap in the market. Particularly like the stats that inform you what is working and what isn't. Pretty easy to set up and support is good. Some of the functionality that is available on Spotify is not quite there on Wix but in time that will happen I guess.
