    app is great

    customer service is great. The app can do some improvement. Like upsell by category instead by items. Sample for my coffee shop, i sell many types of coffees, teas, and coffee cup. when customer choose any coffee, in the upsell, if they added any coffee cup in the cart, they will get a 10%, this way customers can choose the right coffee cup they like.

I completely understand your suggestion about upselling by category—it's a fantastic idea, especially for a business like yours with multiple types of products. Unfortunately, this feature isn’t currently possible on Wix due to Wix's own platform limitations, but it’s definitely not a limitation within ReConvert itself.     Just got it, initial thoughts

    So far it works, I had an issue trying to find something on the dashboard, started a chat, and got an answer very quickly, the person (Alex I believe) was very helpful, even sending me pictures to help me. So far it's free, I think it's a trial, the way it is right now, should be free, then do the $5 for additional benefits. But it seems new, you can only upsell at the checkout, hopefully they're working on being able to upsell on the rest of the site. I'll be updating this, 4/5 r n.
