They advertise that you can use it on 3 countries for free, Once you try to use it, the 3 countries of concern are a "premium" feature. Dont lie to people, be upfront.

App itself is great - the company's charging policy is a SCAM
Everyone pls be aware, this company has no issue stealing your money. If you have rollover credits from one month to another, they will only allow it for 60 days, and then your money is gone (expires). I setup a refill on my account for $20/month and only ended up using around $8/month. After 59 days i had a balance of $24 and on the 60th day i had $0 until the next $20 charge kicked in from my credit card.

Need some restructering
I wanted to use this tool solely on my site where i use wix bookings, and initially it was absolutely a mess and not working correctly, however after bringing it to their attention with a list of things not working, their support person Krunal got in the issues and had them all resovled within a week. Super excited to be using it now and all is working great.

Not working with Wix new booking cart feature
I have it installed and its really a good tool, however it is not working with the new feature of wix for bookings cart where clients can book multiple booking at the same time. tried to reach out to support via "My apps" page on wix and got an error stating my msg cant be sent.

Pricing & plans
This organization is a joke. The offer here on Wix for Pricing & plans is absolutely not what they actually offer. Example, If you subscribe to the "Starter" plan via Wix, you are told that you receive 25.000 notification, however when you actually get the plan going on their site, its only 8.000 notification, and the same happens on all other plans. Also their pricing is no consistent. Their support is ok as they are on the ball and get things done technical-wise.

Works Great SOMETIMES
I am subscribing to this service and must say, when it works, it works, however over the last 2 weeks the import feature from google has not been working 100%. When I go to import new reviews I go through selecting my google account and after that, it states "reviews have been updated", and the page is white, with no reviews. This is where I would be clicking on "save imported reviews". I hope someone can fix it.

I have over 50 pricing plans and the plan selection on the site only allows up to 50 plans to show.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that you can now display up to 75 plans per plan list widget. To show more than 75 plans on your site's Pricing Plans page, you must add another Pricing Plan widget in your Editor.
