Great addition for any Wix store

We’ve been using Seel on our Wix store, and it’s been a great addition. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it gives our customers extra peace of mind when ordering. When a package was mis-delivered and never found , Seel required the customer to file a police report, which was a major hassle for a $45 order. I ended up refunding the customer myself to ensure they were taken care of and dropped Seel immediately. The process was far too difficult for the buyer, and I refuse to subject my customers to such unreasonable requirements."

Worry Free Purchases and Returns from Seel

I would highly recommend WFPR to any Wix merchant who wants to simplify the handling of purchases and returns. This plugin to the cart allows a small business to have the functionality previously only available to big business. The dashboard is a clear and simple tool to setup and manage the plug-in. Customers will value this facility and find it impressive to see when shopping.

We've been using them for a month now, and quite a few customers bolt on the service at checkout. Install is easy. Has been super helpful to lighten our customer service load for shipping issues!

Works well

Luckily for me I have not had to use it often, but when I did, it was easy and quick. Trust me I have tried a lot of different ways to get my money back when packages get lost or damaged and nothing worked. Now I don't worry about it like I did before.

It's Good

It's super useful, but it will charge a usage based charge each month. So it may be free to install but it will charge you. For some that may be worth it so you don't have to worry about delivery.

Bad Team, Not Usable

This was a great app at first. I've given them $300K in revenue, over 1300 contracts and then it got disconnected from my site. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in contact with someone and comically, noone wants to help me. I gave up... tried again just now and an error pops up they dont support my currency or region...Im in the US and do USD...I'm 100% positive they should support me lol. Sent upper mgmt an email saying if they brush me under the rug again, I'm done trying to hand them money. It's a shame. It was a great service.

Finally, Help with combatting order fraud!!!! A No Brainer

We have requested this product update from Wix for years, and we are extremely happy to finally have this feature added to our website. Hopefully, this app will be issued to every store on Wix, with no searching for it. Takes responsibility for stolen or lost packages out of our hands. The customer opt-out feature adds some protection against fraudulent orders. it's no cost to business users!!!

EDIT: I left a 5 star review almost a year ago and wish I could change it to a TEN star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This company continues to provide excellent customer service for both me and my customers and I am so grateful!! I own a small business and one of the biggest headaches is dealing with lost/stolen and damaged packages and then having to file the claim myself. With Worry-Free Delivery, the customer can choose to protect their packages and it is one less task for me to worry about. I had a customer who needed help filing the claim for a damaged package that was missing items and the Worry-Free Delivery team personally helped her file the claim and she was refunded the entire amount of her order. Don't think twice, you need this service! It's a total game changer!!

FINALLY! A MUST for Ecommerce shops!

Regardless of what you sell, no business owner wants to get the dreaded email of "I never recieved my order". Take a deep breath and pass over the responsibility of refunding orders to Seel, Worry-Free Delivery! As another reviewer mentioned, its about time someone made an app like this! In just 4 weeks we've protected $50k worth of orders. Almost every person that checks out adds this to their cart! It's a no-brainer and standard across most-all ecommerce platforms now to have a protected shipment. Being a high-end clothing brand, refunding orders is costly! It costs us nothing to install this app and our customers are so greatful!

A service that is sorely needed

We have been operating wix ecommerce stores for years, yet somehow we couldn't find any app that protects our shipments until now. Most of our customers choose to add the insurance to their parcel (2% of the cart value) and it has reduced our tickets volume and disputes drastically because it gives them peace of mind. Although it's not available for all countries, big ones like USA or UK are covered so if you sell in these territories I urge you to install the app, it's free for merchants and it will change your business for the better very quickly.
