   Issue with connecting the Wix app to the Square Integration (Updated)

   ***Update*** I am only marking this 4 stars for now because I have not had the time to fully dive into the functionality of the app. However, the customer service and their entire team are top-tier. They worked around the clock and after hours to ensure all bugs on my account were worked out and resolved. I will update again once I am able to get everything set up and test all features. _____________________________________________________________ I am having issues connecting my Wix Rise integration to be compatible with the Square integration. You all want me to pay for the Wix integration before I am able to see if your app works for what I need.

   The app will not install (Review Updated)

   I have started a free trial, but the app will not install or load on my website. ****Updated Review***** After the initial install, the app was not working due to an internal update that took place on the app developer's end. Once they figured out the issue, they contacted me immediately to resolve the issue. Additionally, the syncing issue I had between my products was identified and resolved immediately. I can say that I am enjoying this app more than SKUIQ and LitCommerce. I explained to Wix that I feel that it's unfair that I have to pay for a 3rd party to sync my inventory from Square to Wix when new customers can get this option for free with their new integration. However, we are here, and so far I am pleased with this solution and would recommend others to try it. One last note, if all of your products are already in Square and Wix, this is a seamless process if your SKU numbers are updated and match.

   Great Customer Service

   I installed the app today and asked for assistance with setting it up. They were able to use collaborator permissions to customize the app for me. I advised Shafta that I would reach out in a couple of weeks after testing the app and let them know how things are going.

   I am highly disappointed

   I installed the app today and was having some issues with getting two lightning boxes to launch. I reached out for help and I was told the only option would be in delete the app and reinstall it again and I would have to design everything all over again. The rep I chatted with did not seem too eager to assist and stated that she would escalate the ticket instead of trying to help me find an alternative option. She also stated I would hear back in 48-72 hours. That said, I doubt I will ever use this service again.

   The app does not work *** update*** Issue has been resolved w/ outstanding service

   The app keeps crashing, and I cannot customize it because it is incompatible with my theme. I upgraded and all with no luck. I would like a refund! After I left my original review, Jay reached out to me, and we were able to get on the line and resolve the crash and install issues I was facing. The app is user-friendly and straightforward! Additionally, the customer service is fast, friendly, and, most importantly, professional. I will recommend all business owners to give this app a try!
