No price show off feature

We want to show the overview of the plans publicly, but we need to discuss with customers before sending a quote privately. That means the features are the same within a plan, but the execution may vary from customer to customer; hence, it will require discussion with the customers to send a customized quote. But the price show-off feature is not available . There is a free option available that can't be used in such cases. We wonder how Wix missed this feature!! Is there any possibility to add the feature in the future?

Limited edting

You cant change the words of the subscription box on my blog posts that then leads to the Pricing plans.. my customers think they only need to subscribe to the site and not go through the pricing plans.. i am getting a lot of complaints!

Good Enough

It's decent but I wish there were a few more customization options. Like package or plan add-on/upgrades that could automatically update the cost in the cart.

Customization

I wish it allowed for customization of the section. For instance I can't move the section title up within the section nor would it allow me to change the text. It looks terrible.

Reporting

Reporting in unreliable since purchased subscriptions are often missing when running reports

Very limited

I've used CiviCRM before. Yes, it probably requires some limited IT skills, but in return it gives you much better capabilities. My biggest frustration is that I can't have price increase in the plan without cancelling all members. Best, I can grandfather existing members and charge new price only to new members.

Very good - Except for Wix Translate or Google Translate

Apparently, to earn more money perhaps, Wix doesn't play nice with Google Translate. Google Translate translates perfectly for about 1 second before it reverts to an error page. I tried adding ChatGPT/Gemini AI/Co-Pilot code to each Body-Bottom to no avail. IF Wix is going to block Google Translate from doing its job, then the L'EAST Wix should do is to enable Wix Translate on the Pricing and Plans. The header is in my site's languages but the description and features are always in English. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE. Either stop BLOCKING Google Translate or fix Wix Pricing Plans so that it works with Wix Translate.

too expensive

It does the job but when customers use their credit card Wix chages 3.5% when Square and Stripe charge 2.9%, That adds up.

It is simply ok

The email confirmation of a plan purchased: - the subject line does not tell me the name of the plan purchased. - the content of the message has way to much verbiage. And is cumbersome to quickly read through and detect the buyer's name and name of plan purchased. - With the subject line not specific, I cannot ever quickly find that purchase when looking through old emails. - Wix does not allow me to adjust those issues. - So I am considering using another payment method for our customers

Clunky App, doesn't work for my needs

Was hoping I could set this up to automatically add discounts for specific wholesale members and show the discount in the pricing without having to apply a discount code. Also, If I create an order in house it won't apply the code anyway. Wix just isn't B2B sales friendly, and I haven't found any "clean" way to discount wholesale members. Currently have members only pages with duplicates of all my products using B2B pricing and it's just horribly inefficient and clumsy.

cant seem to connect pricing plans to the booking calendar app

The app is fine for adding the plans/package of services, but it doesn't show anywhere where to connect it to the wix booking calendar that I have synced to my personal google calendar/schedule.

Ok nut missing features

The app works just fine but if a customer pays offline (like with a bank transfer) If I sell a plan the resulting price is the standard one and I can't change it. Furthermore I can't add as a bonus an online program and it could be implemented more flexibility.

Pretty good user experience, sucky admin experience

I am running an association and need to link the plan that someone purchased with dynamic pages so the community can recognize members of the various tiers. There is no clear way to access the information I need

hello im from india and the wix pricing plan doesn't support any other payment gate way that is suitable for indian so please allow other payment gate way to accept recurring payment using this app hope Wix is going to work on it and allow it as soon as possible

It's ok

I've created a plan and would like to connect it to my custom dynamic online course page. In page settings i can choose to restrict access to Members Only. But in Pricing Plan setting I can't choose it, it works only with non-dynamic pages.

Not easy to use for the customer

The idea is great, easy to add to the website. Problems come afterwards when customers want to use their subscription to register to some class. At least 30% of the time I need to register them "manually" because they can't do it.

All the working is fine but add the feature of selecting multiple plans at once before checking out that will be great

it's ok

lots needs to be adjusted considering how long it's been available. would like to see more options for customization with scheduling and for example the ability for administrator to adjust dates so they could end sooner than originally stated.

It could bring a better experience

Wix Pricing Plans works fine, but the experience for clients are not that satisfactory at all. There's some bug that are not fixed and from the backend pricing plans have lots of workarounds. Besides that I have nothing else to go so I do what I can to still work and deal with customers complaining to me.

Its ok, I am trying to make it work

I wish there we more features in general that offers seamless integration with invoicing on the WIX platform (My payments are more on the back end, I'm in the service industry and payment is calculated charged upon completion typically) . My particular issue with WIX Plans is I cannot categorize the in any way. For example: We have to locations in to different areas with different price rates. However I cannot control who sees what plans based on the location the select in WIX Bookings. Finally it would be great if this was able to be integrated with WIX Bookings where the person can automatically schedule there sessions when they purchase plan. (I have been manually the scheduling recurring sessions but been met with some kind of glitch that happens when subscription starts/ renews. It duplicates the members sessions that were prescheduled as reoccurring sessions on Bookings. Certainly some kinks here.

Its okay

Only downside is im struggling to add the pricing plans to my homepage which i feel would increase sales, when i do test this then choose to remove the pricing plan from the home page it deletes it completely from the whole website then i need to go to my history and recover the website. Other than that it works well

Good Concept, But It Could Be Better

I like that I can highlight my services this way, but I wish clients could add multiple services, a-la-cart style, to build their own recurring marketing plan.

The website is not accepting payments inspite of the upgrade.

I have created a online subscription plan. People can pay and get access to a plan. the problem arise when the user clicks on the buy now button. The message that appears on the screen is " You can't buy this at the moment reach out to us ti complete the purchase" I also checked on the backend it is not able to identify my connection with the payment gateway. please help earlier on wix things were smooth. This is build on the new Wix Studio segment.

Gets the job done, just not on Mobile.

This app is good enough to get pricing plans up and going, however, they don't work for mobile (error at checkout). The app could also use greater flexibility in terms of formatting and features. It is also difficult to navigate to and edit the layout and design of the checkout flow. If WiX fixes the errors in mobile and regularly updates this app to bring greater functionality and ease of use, it will definitely be a great app for your site.

There's a learning curve

Membership issues!

We are a non profit and already have members that we cannot add as members on this site. When people become a member on the website they think they are becoming a member of our non profit but they are just becoming a site member. It is really confusing. It is really hard to sort out our paying non profit membership from the website membership. Only one person has figured out how to pay for our non profit membership on the site. Can you clarify or make this easier?

Missing small but usefull things

Not possible to make a copy of an already existing plan. Not possible to move up or down lists of details inside a plan. Not possible to set a starting date of a new plan. Would be very usefull to have these options.

No shipping confirmation available

I like this app, it works well for my business, but I wish there was a record of the address so that the customer can be sent a shipping confirmation.

Average quality

There is no option to connect the pricing plans with a course. Also The designing options are only basic such as colours and fonts.

OK but missing some configuration options

I have over 50 pricing plans and the plan selection on the site only allows up to 50 plans to show.

Needs More Flexibility

Pricing Plans in general are fantastic, but I would like an option to add a single plan to another page (for memberships that require recurring payments). If this can be made a reality it would make this entire process so much easier to grow as a business.

Normalmente los paquetes ayudan al cliente a ahorrar en la compra en conjunto de varios servicios. Sería buena idea que permitieran que el precio normal del paquete se muestre, tachado, arriba del nuevo precio. Eso permitiría que el cliente se diera cuenta más fácil del beneficio que está consiguiendo.

Nothing exciting

Can't edit check out and some text

Many great components to this app. I want to collect input at checkout. For example, what if the "plan" is being purchased as a gift for someone else? In my case I need to know the name of the child the plan is being purchased for. Children will not be registered on our site and can't complete the transactions. Children often have different last names than parents...Just need this info for several reasons. Couple other wish list items. Using this app to collect donations. Donations aren't "good for one year" but I am stuck with this verbiage. It is awkward and can't be changed or hidden. Ugh.

It's okay

The app was good for basics, but we have face to face relationships with our customers. Unfortunately the app doesn't let any changes be made to the checkout like the Wix Store does. I have no idea who the customers are who buy my subscription plans, all it lets me keep is their email address rather than their name or phone number.

Can't write anything

Why is the tagline and bulletpoints limited to 60 characters? Frustrating for no reason

Looks good to clients; limited for the seller

I'm using the Pricing Plans and automations to their fullest! They are easy to set up and look good on my website. But they are limited in their e-commerce use for the seller; there is no ability for coupons, codes or gift cards to be used. Wix Stores has this function, but not Wix Pricing Plans. For my coaching business, I would love to use these tools for marketing and sales. Until I am able to expand my sales through the use of coupon codes &/or Gift Cards, I rate this with 3 stars. It will be a 5-star review when these functions are applied. Thank you!

Hace falta planes anualizados con precios mensules

Es buena, solo que le hace falta la parte más importante, el gancho atractivo de una venta anual, a pesar de mostrar la facturación mensual, para que en el siguiente paso se explique que el pago total será el multiplo de 12 meses... el mismo WIX lo hace, por que no meter esa función?

It works but definitely needs improvement

We've been using this app for about a year to sell our online subscription voice lesson program. While it has WORKED it's very limited in its functionality and easy things like generating coupon codes don't exist which makes it very difficult to run promotions and limits marketing opportunities. Automations have been a great addition but don't seem to work or if they do work it's not all the time. Wix support is okay but not great.

Just enough

We can just offer what we want but there is no possibility to customize, it's very restraint and plus no way to send an invoice ! Very anoying for us...

We need to offer certain plans on specific pages

Please read our reviews! So many business owners are asking for this same feature. We really need to be able to offer different pricing plans on different pages of our website. For example, one page that displays our Streaming Memberships and one page that displays our Memberships for in-person classes. Thanks!
